| Intro: | Always suitable for 1st-timers & newer students. Focus on the elemental concepts & postures. Time for questions. |
| Level I: | Beginning level classes, ideal for new students and anyone wanting to focus on fundamentals. |
| Level II: | These classes go beyond the basics for continuing students wanting to deepen their practice. |
| Level I-II: | These classes can accommodate beginners and students with more experience. |
| Level I-III: | The class is such that teachers can accommodate all levels |
| Level III: | High intensity classes. Prior experience with yoga is required. Advanced poses and breathwork are introduced. |
