Class Levels

Intro/BeginningAlways suitable for 1st-timers & newer students. Focus on the elemental concepts & postures.
Level 1Beginning level classes, ideal for new students and anyone wanting to focus on fundamentals.
Level 2These classes go beyond the basics for continuing students wanting to deepen their practice.
Level 1-2These classes can accommodate beginners and students with more experience.
Level 1-3 The class is such that teachers can accommodate all levels.
Level 3 High intensity classes. Prior experience with yoga is required. Advanced poses and breath work are introduced.

You are welcome to drop-in to any class.

No prior registration is necessary for all regular classes.
