Class Levels

Intro:Always suitable for 1st-timers & newer students. Focus on the elemental concepts & postures. Time for questions.
Level I:Beginning level classes, ideal for new students and anyone wanting to focus on fundamentals.
Level II:These classes go beyond the basics for continuing students wanting to deepen their practice.
Level I-II:These classes can accommodate beginners and students with more experience.
Level I-III:The class is such that teachers can accommodate all levels
Level III:High intensity classes. Prior experience with yoga is required. Advanced poses and breathwork are introduced.
