Before Class:

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
  • Come to class with an empty stomach and bare feet.
  • Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing
  • Please advise your teacher before class if you have any injuries or health problems, or if you are pregnant.

The Studio At Yoga Within:

  • Yoga mats and props are available free of charge. We use Eco-friendly mats and blocks.
  • A changing area is available for students.
  • Classes are ongoing and students are welcome to join us at any time.

  • $12/drop-in
  • $40/ series of 4 classes with any instructor(Class Passes)
  • $75/ series of 8 classes with any instructor(Class Passes)
