Youth Yoga

A class especially designed for ages 10-18. Our youth can significantly benefit from yoga to help reduce stress, build self-confidence and enhance flexibility. Some focus will be on prevention of sports injuries by incorporating yoga/stretching in their routine. We will discover the capacity and the awareness of the breath. Another advantage that comes from yoga is body awareness.
Denyse is teaching class. She is certified by Indigo Yoga for Kids.

Fridays 4:30 - 5:45 pm

Cost: $12 drop in or packages of 4 classes for $40 or 8 classes for $75

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga classes are held weekly on Thursdays at 7:15pm to 8:30pm.

You can join anytime to any class. No experience necessary, welcome first timers!

Early morning class

Thursday mornings get yourself started for the day with a strong yoga practice. Keri teachs a class that is perfect for early morning pick me up and adaptable to all levels.

Tri Yoga Classes

Tri Yoga classes with Gabriel Benjamin.
Tri Yoga Flow uses smooth movements combined with rhythmic breathing to prepare for sustained postures. Props are encouraged to both increase and decrease depth of postures while maintaining proper alignment.
Classes are designed to increase balance, strength, and flexibility through out the body while deepening the focus and breath awareness.

Tuesdays 8:30 to 9:45am

Introduction to Yoga Series

Just starting yoga? Learn the basic foundation yoga poses, basic anatomy and strength and flexibility building techniques in this six-week series. Karyn's introduction series is straightforward and you will leave the class with a strong foundation for a level one class.

Sundays 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Starts April 20th

Cost $60 for 6 classes/student

No previous experience necessary.
Pre-registration with instructor is required.
